10. Are your products covered by a warranty?

We offer a one-year warranty on plating. In case of a broken piece or stone replacement within the first year, we are pleased to provide free repair services, and thereafter, a nominal charge may apply. However, kindly note that the product should be returned to our facility in Lahore, Pakistan. The customer bears sole responsibility for covering the return shipping costs.

11.What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we kindly request you to promptly notify us and provide accompanying photographs. We will expedite the process of replacing the item for you. Please bear in mind that in such instances, we do not offer refunds; rather, we will facilitate an exchange for the affected item.
